EasiAccess is a secure Web site where clients can log in to obtain virtually real-time information and reports from ALI's database. With EasiAccess, a client can log in and obtain queries and/or reports regarding their order activity, inventory status, and sales without intervention by an ALI employee, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information is downloaded from ALI's on-line systems to EasiAccess periodically during the day, so the information accessible via EasiAccess is current. This information can be displayed on the client's computer screen, transferred to the client's system as a text file, or printed to the client's printer.

In addition, EasiAccess can be linked to a client's Web site, so customers browsing the client's Web site can link and check the status of their own orders and/or trace their shipments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without the intervention of the client's or ALI's employees. This link is virtually transparent so the inquiring customer is unaware of ALI's presence, enhancing the client's e-commerce image and reducing the cost of providing responsive customer service.

Finally, EasiAccess can automatically create and send via email a shipment confirmation to customers whose orders were shipped on a particular day.

EasiAccess is menu driven, and is designed to be fairly intuitive and easy to use by anyone who is reasonably familiar with Windows-based software.
