We collect and store information about every transaction that we handle so that we can efficiently provide the services required by our clients. We use information about our clients and their transaction activity to provide or enhance the services we make available to our clients, to communicate with our clients about additional services they may find of value, to satisfy our legitimate business interests, to set prices, to establish credit, to fulfill our service agreements, to accomplish the billing function, and to comply with government regulations. As we collect and use information about our clients, we may contract with vendors to assist us in processing that information for those purposes listed in the previous paragraph. These vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any other purpose. Security and Integrity of Information

We employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. Access to client information is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for that information. For example, we retain information about orders, including customer names and addresses, so that we can provide proof of shipment information and to process claim requests.
